REMINDER: The check-in time that the rooms at Ruttger’s are guaranteed to be available is 5:00 p.m. However, guests can complete their room registration any time they arrive, and pick up conference registration materials beginning at 3:30. IF rooms are cleaned and ready, guests will be given their key and allowed to enter their rooms. If rooms are not ready, guests will be given a time to come back and pick up their room key at the front desk. During this time all guests will have access to the Ruttger’s grounds and facilities (golf, etc.).
